We're on the Toon.
It's an absolute pig of a night, constant drizzle and freezing wind.

Enough of this exhibition nonsense, the best tournament in the darting calendar - the UK Open - gets underway at midday tomorrow live on ITV.

Dubbed the “FA Cup” of darts it’s the only open draw competition in the PDC with the big guns coming in from Round 4 (Friday evening).

Enjoy.

Another major ranking tournament, another Littler win. I don’t think he’s lost a ranked match in the UK on TV in over a year.

Problem is he didn’t even play well this weekend but he’s got his opponents beaten before they even step on stage.

Just seen on Twitter that Littler’s record in matches that go to at least 20 legs is 29-1 with the only defeat being the 2024 World Championship Final.

It’s not just for that, though it’s quite useful just for that, saves needing a chalker. Keeps a track of your stats for you too. You can also play online games.

If you have a ring light and a computer already you can build one for less than 50 quid and use auto darts software to achieve the same.

Never been to The Darts before, but going to this at Somerset County Cricket Club on Friday evening.

Not sure what format it'll take, but hopefully should be a good evening...

Yep, I use one of these and an old phone which allows me to play online for a fraction of the cost of an Omni and Virt.
