Congratulations, fanscore now know your ticket login details and if you use the same login details elsewhere they can access those sites too

The app itself has an awful layout. The visible menu down the bottom has 5 options; 2 of those are redundant, one is the homepage (showing upcoming fixture and table), the other 2 are upcoming fixtures and table - exactly what is shown on the homepage. ??‍
Only just realised the "burger" menu.. I guess I can see why its a "hidden" menu - no new arrivals added to the squad list and most other options just open an internal browser, as opposed to having the information "on the app" itself.

Wallet is a native app on iOS and presumably Google has something similar on Android. Why not use these? Or indeed have tickets and STs capable of being digitally stored on phones? If you can get a digital key to let you drive your car or do a contactless purchase of an air filled pie why not a ticket to a football match?

I am relieved that from now on I can use my ST, apart from future cup games at home by which time things may be better arranged. My daughter showed me how to screenshot on an Android phone so am pinning my hopes on this especially as my printer at home has given up the ghost and I can't use the office ones any more.

Yes, he has 3800 same as me but they don't show on his account. It has happened in every game since we bought new stadium STs a year or so ago.

Terrible that. The first option is an instruction and isn't even a thing - I mean what are you actually selecting?

As you say Nana, the choice is already made based on what you're buying.

I cant change my address on site to get my and others membership. Ok. Its a mates London address, but im not willing to use it again, especially as it would not let him purchase my 19-20 ST on his card in my name. He is very savvy on IT, and helpful, but Bees are not his first love which i have difficulty with. As for two more family memberships, I'm having to renege on a promise. Why does the site make me reset my password every time ? And why is a simple thing like re-registering the same old phone number so controversial? Or even neccessary?

For palace tickets - I went online and it said there were 10 people highlighted on my list as eligible for tickets, including 2 pensioners who dont have emails or computers.

I was going to book for the 10 of us but it set a limit of 6 purchases only, which I booked.

It wont let me access tickets now as I've purchased mine already.

This has been flagged as a problem before. Never was a problem on the old system. At least it highlights the eligible people which I don't think it did before though that doesn't help you now. Another case of get on the phone or get down the box office. Madness.

The same way a contactless debit card can be read to verify if you have enough cash to fulfil the transaction and which account the card is for.

It will be similar to that, at GP the screen in front of the operator lit up concession or like at wembley the light on the back of the turnstile is a different colour when a concession ticket is used.

I was able to buy 2 tickets together - although very little choice of seats - for me and my brother who were in different thresholds for Arsenal.
Seems the system will allow it, but obviously at risk of missing the opportunity to buy your gaurenteed ticket when waiting for next threshold

I assume if you're buying from us, on our site, the system would be the same regardless of if we are home or away.

They will have to add everyone to their own F&F list in their account. You can't view or utilise someone else's F&F list even if you are named on it. You need fan number and surname to add someone
