Ticketing System Issues
Correct! Crap isn't it.Thought the same thing. Usual log-in details for our ticket site do not seem to work for me either.

Congratulations, fanscore now know your ticket login details and if you use the same login details elsewhere they can access those sites tooThought the same thing. Usual log-in details for our ticket site do not seem to work for me either.
Yeah, and all wonderful ones too.View attachment 26909
Must be good, as look how many clubs they have on board.
The app itself has an awful layout. The visible menu down the bottom has 5 options; 2 of those are redundant, one is the homepage (showing upcoming fixture and table), the other 2 are upcoming fixtures and table - exactly what is shown on the homepage. ??Correct! Crap isn't it.
Seems Fanscore are Incrowd. My first reaction is who are Fanscore and why do I need a Fanscore account!
Wallet is a native app on iOS and presumably Google has something similar on Android. Why not use these? Or indeed have tickets and STs capable of being digitally stored on phones? If you can get a digital key to let you drive your car or do a contactless purchase of an air filled pie why not a ticket to a football match?More apps for the tech-savvy, but no answer for the other 90% for whom life works very well on Amazon.
I weren't there, you can't prove anything coppermy printer at home has given up the ghost
That is what I would expect, but natively rather than having to download another app to move it in there.Wallet is a native app on iOS and presumably Google has something similar on Android. In the BFC app perhaps? That is what I would expect, but natively rather than having to download another app to move it in there.
Well how any ticketing app does it (TrainLine, BA etc.)In the BFC app perhaps?
He has sufficient TAPs ?Here we go again, CP away tickets, my son is greyed out on friends and family. Same as Derby last year, PO semi and PO final. Another few hours hanging on the phone to get it sorted again.
He has sufficient TAPs ?
Did you enjoy the music? Hopefully you had a better variety than the four I had to listen to for six hours a couple of weeks ago.1 hour and 1 minute in the queue to get through to an answering machine.
Surely with all you exsperts on this thread you could fix it bring back kurt
I always thought you were outstanding in your field ???Sorted ours on my phone from the middle of a field. Boom.
Terrible that. The first option is an instruction and isn't even a thing - I mean what are you actually selecting?1. Fix the issue by removing it when not required; or
2. Rely on the user not selecting the wrong option BUT ALSO make it the default option so that if the user gets it wrong they will never get their tickets
Ummmmm which one shall we choose?

This has been flagged as a problem before. Never was a problem on the old system. At least it highlights the eligible people which I don't think it did before though that doesn't help you now. Another case of get on the phone or get down the box office. Madness.I set up a friends family list some years back.
Theres up to 20 of us on it.
For palace tickets - I went online and it said there were 10 people highlighted on my list as eligible for tickets, including 2 pensioners who dont have emails or computers.
I was going to book for the 10 of us but it set a limit of 6 purchases only, which I booked.
It wont let me access tickets now as I've purchased mine already.
Same applies for those who I purchased for.
2 of our lot on my friends list have tried to access their account but they dont see the same list i set up, they only see their name and maybe 2 others.
How do others others access the friend list i set up and added them to, so they can make purchase too ?
Why is the purchase set at 6 maximum if theres others on the list eligible ?
There will be a light or similar notification when a concession ticket is used, and in theory somebody should be keeping an eye out to make sure an adult doesn't come through the turnstile when the light comes on. They will probably be watching several turnstiles though so it's a pretty weak form of security.Maybe this is an obvious question and apologies if so, but I don’t get anything technological beyond tapping a debit card on a contactless machine,
But how does the entry system at the new stadium differentiate between someone tapping an adult card, a junior card or a senior card? How would anyone know what card was used?
Thanks. I wasn't suggesting it would happen, just wondered how it would be identified. There will be a light or similar notification when a concession ticket is used, and in theory somebody should be keeping an eye out to make sure an adult doesn't come through the turnstile when the light comes on. Shouldn't matter though as surely no supporter would want to defraud the club of income?
The same way a contactless debit card can be read to verify if you have enough cash to fulfil the transaction and which account the card is for.Maybe this is an obvious question and apologies if so, but I don’t get anything technological beyond tapping a debit card on a contactless machine,

not sure it is the same way. I see it is a bit like getting on the bus, it makes a different noise when the kids get on, but this one probably makes a different light come on or suntinThe same way a contactless debit card can be read to verify if you have enough cash to fulfil the transaction and which account the card is for.
Ahem. Jury is out! It’s a third party who will be a lot better than the club at doing it so I’m fairly relaxed. Let’s revisit next Thursday!
It will be similar to that, at GP the screen in front of the operator lit up concession or like at wembley the light on the back of the turnstile is a different colour when a concession ticket is used.not sure it is the same way. got a mate older than me who has had a childs season ticket at west ham for yearsnot sure it is the same way. I see it is a bit like getting on the bus, it makes a different noise when the kids get on, but this one probably makes a different light come on or suntin
try again, it took 5 mins or so to actually go liveGot 3022 TAPs so should be able to purchase a ticket for Selhurst Park from 1400 today; logged on; tried to go to the 'Away Tickets' and got 'Error, You are not eligible to access this page'.
Dreadful.
were you able to do this. ie by for YOURSELF and for THEM too? I heard for the play offs this didn't happen which is obviously silly. Has it been fixed?I was able to buy 2 tickets together - although very little choice of seats - for me and my brother who were in different thresholds for Arsenal. Can i ask anyone who was actually a GOOD FATHER and waited for their kid to be eligible before they bought their ownwere you able to do this. ie by for YOURSELF and for THEM too? Seems the system will allow it, but obviously at risk of missing the opportunity to buy your gaurenteed ticket when waiting for next threshold
I assume if you're buying from us, on our site, the system would be the same regardless of if we are home or away.I didn’t think there was ANY choice of seats !! Oh sorry you mean for arsenal ?
I was asking about palace. But thanks though

Happy to be corrected if this isn't the case though
Two completely different processes.I assume if you're buying from us, on our site, the system would be the same regardless of if we are home or away.

They will have to add everyone to their own F&F list in their account. You can't view or utilise someone else's F&F list even if you are named on it. You need fan number and surname to add someone2 of our lot on my friends list have tried to access their account but they dont see the same list i set up, they only see their name and maybe 2 others.
How do others others access the friend list i set up and added them to, so they can make purchase too ?
