Reckon Pep is finding it tough at City and with all the talent at his disposal is seriously under performing.

He is somehow making them into a worse squad of players than before, they look disorganised and defensively weak. Stones looks like he is going backwards and Sterling just runs into dead ends. Getting rid of Hart was a mistake, I am sure he could have been coached to make 10 yard passes outside his box.

A very arrogant coach who is looking very stressed at the moment.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if he walked and soon, his body language is poor and his handling of press almost looks like he's beyond caring and can't be bothered to fight his corner. He's not been used to being anything but top dog or at worst the number one challenger and it seems like he's not enjoying the Premier League one bit.

The more he continues to play hard ball and smart a*se with the press the more they'll target him and if he hasn't already had enough he soon will.

From what I see, the PL is the most competitive, from top to bottom. Tougher games week after week, teams that spoil more and fight more than say in Spain and, probably, Germany.

Tend to agree. Certainly one big difference between England and Spain is that when a "small" team goes a couple of goals behind, even one, against Barca or Real M etc, they often "shut up shop". This is because they fear the reaction they will get if they suffer a hiding.

Whereas in England, fans of such teams expect them to give it a go against the big boys, and if they should lose four or five, at least they'll have gone down fighting.

I suspect Guardiola is still getting used to this, esp with the demands it makes on his players, since he can't rest his top men against the "little" teams (to keep them fresh for the big games).

His ideas on the game and the way he plays are being found out.

Yeah, but he's a bright bloke - he should adapt, assuming he's given time, which I think he will.

You do wonder if he'll walk away at the end of the season.

Possible, I suppose, but he's a proud man, as well as a tough one, so I can't imagine he'd want such a failure on his CV.

I did 'hate' him for a while but I don't think he could have said much different without damaging his relationship with his players. He knows it was a nasty challenge.

He was extremely polite and friendly when chatting with my son after the game, last August.

Anyway, in 12 days Sheridan has won more home games as Oldham manager than his predecessor managed in the previous five months. So I'm happy.

Seen it now on YouTube. Monk shouldn't of stepped out infront of Wagner as he was returning from his wild celebrations but you can see why it rules monk. It's one of those things you'd of loved to have seen smith run to the players and join in celebrations after kks goal today (assuming it was the winner) but it lacks a certain decorum
