I only saw this a couple of hours ago. Lol. There are some red lines and even after a couple of bottle of red wine down I wouldn't argue on Xmas Eve

This thread is bonkers but as @Banana noted that Rico is back in January, if he doesn't start against Arsenal on Wednesday then we can confirm he is defo not ITK.

He already said some time ago that he wasn’t going to update on Rico until he was ready, so he would appear to be sticking to his promise.

They did seem knowledgeable about our squad and injury issues.
Any positive news on rico is a good news day as don’t hear much from our club about our medium -longer term injuries.

This was my second week running watching and listening to the world feed. Last week (Brighton) I was impressed that they seemed to know exactly how bad our injury list was, and named every one of them.

The world feed did the same today. Same list of injured players, same acknowledgement of our plight. Researcher work in the background or are these commentators earning their corn?

The pace is still their, just lack match fitness I am told. Dont have to take my word for it, you will see this week end.

I not sure why people bother 2nd guessing when any of our injured will return. Time and again it's been proven that no one, including the medical team and Thomas, have a clue when anyone is likely to return. I believe it, when I see them running out on the day. And even then, I want the match to start and get to at least half time unscathed, before I really believe it. ? ?

I'd be interested to know from anyone with medical/physio experience, is there an increased risk of suffering muscular injury after returning from ACL or other long lay-off? Anecdotal evidence would suggest there is. One example being Timber at Arsenal who got injured again almost as soon as he returned from ACL.
It might sound like I'm looking for trouble but obviously might come into consideration when the club thinks about fullback recruitment.
